Your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. If your item arrives damaged or unusable, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We take great care in packaging every Mahjong Tile Care Kit to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We personally pack each kit by hand. We thoroughly inspect each item during the process to confirm all items are included and each meets our quality standards. We then place the kit inside of a protective non-woven drawstring bag and then seal it within a waterproof bubble mailer for added protection during shipping.

Our goal is for you to love your Mahjong Tile Care Kit as much as we do, use it often, and tell all your fellow mahjers about it!! If an unexpected issue arises, you can count on us to do our very best to make things right.

From time to time we will offer products on our website for purchase, other than our Mahjong Tile Care Kit. These are hand-picked products we use ourselves and genuinely love. We will personally inspect each item prior to packaging. We will then personally package said item(s) inside of a waterproof bubble mailer, to provide extra protection during shipping. Should you purchase one of these items from us and once delivered, find it to be damaged or unusable, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
